  • We moved to Troy so our kids could go to better schools. We have not been disappointed. Silver Creek has been an awesome school. The kids love their teachers and they are learning so much. Silvercreek is a great asset to Troy.

  • I can't say enough about the great service Dave and his staff provide. I especially appreciate that they recommend coverages, but don't constantly call me to try and sell me more. This office does it right the first time then leaves you alone.

    Let me be as detailed as possible to ensure anyone who considers using Jessica and on a larger scale Allstate will reconsider. - I started with Allstate under a different agent and Jessica "bought" my business, from day one the customer service was poor. - All the workers in her offices were rude ad seemed bothered by any additional work. - My premiums rose EVERY renewal even if I had no claims. - Allstate raised the "value" of my home and rental property even during the worst housing value drops in US history; each time resulting in higher premiums. - Any change ALWAYS resulted in a premium increase. Even when I moved to a more rural area, with less crime and less traffic my auto policy increased. It was like a change of any kind was a reason to raise my premiums. - I own 2 rental properties which are next to each other and 100% identical in every way, but for some reason, and with no explanation, one cost more to insure. - Following the hail storm in 2012 I was denied any claim. I had to have my hose re-inspected 4 times each time with a contractor to get a fair claim paid for my required new roof. Even after that they tried to replace 75% of my roof which would have left the other 25% not matching and cost more in labor to "sew in" new shingles. - The office staff was rude, almost to the point of abusive when i asked any questions. The "HIGHLIGHT" of my poor experience with Jessica was when she called me from her personal cell phone (as it as not recorded for record) to yell at me because I complained to Allstate corporate. She was yelling at a VERY elevated tone, used multiple profanities, and even used excuses of her own personal problems and schedule to "justify" poor service. - Even at the point of cancelling all 5 of my policies with Allstate they could not get information correct including the representative Crystal giving me incorrect amounts for my premium and having to call back twice to try an correct the information. She then blamed me for questioning why it was not correct initially. she stated "you were asking 100 questions and I could not keep anything straight." Clearly I did not ask that many questions and her inability to do her job is not my fault. I hope anyone considering Allstate and Jessica will reconsider. Even if they start with a good price, it will rise quickly and will never be worth the poor customer service. Her service level lost Allstate and her agency almost $400/month in my business and I hope more from those who read this.
